I was fishing in Lake Calhoun, Minneapolis this weekend and caught a pretty big fish. Luckily I had my camera and a copy of Photoshop handy.

What about the one that got away? lol

The one that got away really didn't get away. I know exactly where it is. It got so big that its back stuck out of the lake even in the deepest part. Unable to move, back sticking up out of the water, grass and trees began to grow on it. That's the island you see in the background.
...Don't mean to carp, but there's something fishy about your tale (tail?)

thats cute, I did the same thing with my freinds fish the other day, she caught a four foot long carp :giggle: what were you really carrying

If I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of giants.

I was carrying a different kind of giant fish ;)

To be honest, there are about five different photos in there. One is the fish, one the background; then there's a guy carrying a 2x4, and another guy's head with a hat, then my face on top of that.
Sorry to string you along like that: I did scale the size up a little bait.
Suspected it was a line of carp... just went along for the halibut.

I cod flounder on myself, but I'd betta stop since that would be shellfish of me. Maybe I'll let salmon eels talk -- the sole porpoise is to lure more chums into the grouper.

Wow, that was crappie.
Whale, I surrender to your finely tuna'd wit. You da' Manta!
